We will post all recordings on the OpenInfra Foundation YouTube channel and promote them at the Summit, if they are available before the event. __We recommend the recordings to be less than 10 minutes long.__ Slides are not mandatory, but could be good to have some to support the information the presenter is sharing in the video. If you can submit your project recording to me __by Friday, May 27__, we?d love to promote them at the upcoming Berlin Summit. If you prefer to submit it after the Summit, I?ll send out another reminder after the event to collect any reminding recordings. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Ildik? Can?t wait to get everyone back together again this October 17-20th at the Hyatt Regency in lovely Columbus, Ohio. The venue is located in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of local sports arenas and the Short North Arts District that hosts dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, art galleries and shops. Kendall Nelson will be reaching out soon to start collecting team sign ups so everyone knows who is planning on meeting in Columbus. We will also have registration, reduced rate hotel block, and sponsorship information coming soon, all of which will be posted to openinfra.dev/ptg once available. Stay tuned and we can?t wait to see you all in Columbus! Erin Disney Event Marketing Open Infrastructure Foundation -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: Hello :) I wanted to take a moment to invite project maintainers, core contributors, PTLs, governance officials, etc to a meet the projects (projects being the OIF top level ones- Kata, Zuul, OpenStack, StarlingX, and Airship) session during the Forum at the upcoming Summit in Berlin. It will take place Tue, June 7, 11:20am - 12:30pm local in A - A06. The idea is to gather in a single place so that newer members of the community or people unfamiliar with the project can come and meet some of the active participants and ask questions. It's all really informal so there is no need to prepare anything ahead of time. I realize it is pretty late in everyone's planning their schedules for the summit, but if you have a few minutes to spare to come hang out and meet some people and network, please do! We would love to see you there. -Kendall -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
