We in Bootstrap SIG as well Metal3 will be impacted by the
changes to Virtual Media and its associated Network Interface usage.

There is a change to the “Ironic L3 based deployment”
specification in OpenStack Ironic and needs review upstream for the Airship
project, as we need that functionality.

I would appreciate it, especially Service Providers and
Vendors who have stake in Redfish / Virtual Media Boot review it. Your
input is most welcome. Review existing comments too to get insight
on what other opinions are for scaling , OEM, L2,L3 capabilities etc. and
parameters to pass

Please note that Ilya Etingof and Julia Kreger, both with
Red Hat, and Richard Pioso from Dell will give a presentation on that in
Shanghai Summit in November, we need to have Airship view of how this should
work for Ironic Operator/K8s CRDs .
