Dear All, 

Regarding meeting time, I do want to suggest that it should be fixed based on UTC, not based on a certain country's local time zone. 

IMHO, although the most participants are from a certain country, ensuring a common / fixed meeting time regardless of each region's local time change is important for the global community.
