Airshipctl core reviewer nomination: Ruslan Aliev
Airshipctl Core Reviewer team, I would like to nominate Ruslan Aliev to the airshipctl core reviewer team. Ruslan has a long history of substantial technical contributions and meaningful code review. Throughout the last year, he has been a prolific contributor to airshipctl, contributing to the whole gamut of the codebase -- phase executors, manifest management, kubeconfig management, ISO generation, configuration, CLI, and gating, to scratch the surface. I believe Ruslan will make an excellent core reviewer, as well as a leader within the Airship community. Current airshipctl cores should please vote +1 or -1 within the next seven days, at which point votes will be tallied (unless a clear consensus is reached before then). Thank you, Matt
