Hi, Just to be clear on meeting time, I suggest meeting time should be based on UTC, not on any local time, to avoid regional specific summer time confusion. Having said that, meeting schedule proposal would be - Thursday 15:00 UTC ( 11:00 AM EST/ 10:00 AM CST / 8:00 AM PST/ 12:00 AM UTC +9 (Asia)/ 3-4 PM UTC+1/2 (Europe)) - Tuesday 13:00 UTC (9:00 AM EST/ 8:00 AM CST / 6:00 AM PST/ 10:00 PM UTC +9 (Asia)/ 1-2 PM UTC+1/2 (Europe) Q1. Is this "2 calls per week" a final decision? Q2. If we do twice a week, it seems like Thursday meeting is the main one, especially from the number of "+1"s. Do we have any idea on how we can synchronize two meetings, how we want to run these two meetings? Anyway, I voted for the calls length. Jaesuk The UTC time zone for the meetings makes sense, will is that As far as the design call I believe the expectation is that after a couple of weeks we will probable start splintering into smaller groups as we properly define the work areas in more detail We will have the 2 calls +++ as needed We can discuss which areas of work are dealt with on which calls, should be ok to use the call that better suits APAC time zones for whichever topics you guys and others from that time zone will be collaborating on. Thanks for the detail explanation. :) As you wrote, we can certainly see and discuss the best combination of call schedule along the way. One thing though, for Thursday call, 12am - 1:30am is really difficult for us. 11pm - 12:30am would be more realistic scenairo. Through the few next design calls, let's figure out how much we need to be invoved in Thursday discussion. If it turns out we need to participate in Thursday call, I will sincerely ask slight time adjustment. :) Thanks!
