Horizon Helm charts are sourced from https://git.openstack.org/openstack/openstack-helm Git repository (Web: https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/openstack-helm/tree/horizon)and are installed by Airship Armada. You can see Armada manifest on airship-in-a-bottle VM in this `/etc/genesis/armada/assets/manifest.yaml` file, and search for `horizon` in it.
