Hi There!
A newbie here.
I have some questions regarding deploying Airship in a bottle behind a
proxy.
Corret me if my understanding is wrong.
I am trying to install dev_minimal and dev_single_node behind corporate
proxy.
For dev_minimal:
I have configured proxy configuration in for dev_minimal as described here.
https://git.airshipit.org/cgit/airship-in-a-bottle/tree/manifests/dev_minima
l/README.txt
However I am getting following issue.
Mon Nov 12 17:10:02 JST 2018 === Waiting for Kubernetes API
availablity ===
+ wait_for_kubernetes_api 3600
+ set +x
Mon Nov 12 17:10:02 JST 2018 Waiting 3600 seconds for API
response.
Unable to connect to the server: EOF
.Unable to connect to the server: EOF
.Unable to connect to the server: net/http: request canceled
(Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
.Unable to connect to the server: net/http: request canceled
(Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
I would be very grateful if I can get any guidence regarding this issue.
For dev_single_node:
As for dev_single_node I could not find any instructions for setting up
behind proxy.
So I followed same instruction as mentioned for dev_minimal behind proxy.For
this I am getting docker error as below.
Mon Nov 15 17:10:02 JST 2018 === Waiting for Kubernetes API
availablity ===
+ wait_for_kubernetes_api 3600
+ set +x
Mon Nov 15 17:10:02 JST 2018 Waiting 3600 seconds for API
response.
Unable to find image 'gcr.io/google_containers/hyperkube-amd64:v1.
10.2' locally
docker:'Error response from daemon: Get https://gcr.io/v1/_ping :
dial tcp: lookup gcr.io on 8.8.4.4:53: read udp xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx -> 8.8.4.4:
53" i/o timeout'
See docker run --help
As per error I think docker is not configured for running behind proxy.
Currently can we install dev_single_node behind proxy?
I would be very grateful if you can help me solving above mentioned issues
Thanking you,
Santosh Thapa Magar
