Nick,
I've just sent an e-mail with information on how to get to the Horizon
dashboard:

and I think I would be able to add this information to the lat output lines of
deployment script.
The Airship Treasuremap and the Site Authoring and Deployment Guide I have
mentioned before would probably be good documents to proceed with, once
Airship in a Bottle is up and running, and you have accessed the Horizon
dashboard.
