[Airship-discuss] [WC] 2019-08-19 Meeting Notes

Meeting notes from the 8/19 Airship Working Committee meeting: . Start an every-other week WC meeting cadence beginning on August 26th . The last fifteen minutes of every WC meeting will be an "open forum" for non-WC members  . Proposal:  hold a special election for the fifth WC seat, three months after the first election, with a duration of 9 months . The WC will create a feedback survey to gather input on Airship community pain points and opportunities . Nishant will host IRC meeting on the 20th, Kaspars on the 27th
